Similar to Tremella occultixanthoriae but on upper surface of bleached thallus. Section photographed on phone. Cells undifferentiated, outer layer darker with slightly smaller cells than the hyaline middle. This species was originally described as only occurring on the underside of thalli so this provisional record will require an international expert for verification.
