; Additional NotesRecorded on iRecord #34878781. No microscopy undertaken but L. flagellata is the only species to occur on this beetle host in the Belgian/Dutch checklist. This species is thought to be a complex, which might get split at a later date into various host-specific species. The specimen has been sent to European Laboulenales expert Dr Danny Haelewaters for possibly DNA analysis.
