; Additional NotesGrowing on a raised 'island' with Oak trees, surrounded by lower, damper marshland. Cap more or less umbonate, orange-brown, fibrous. Cap diameters: 45mm, stem 79 x 7mm; 20mm, stem 45 x 6mm (not fully expanded); 15mm, stem 50 x 5mm (not fully expanded). Smell slightly raphanoid. Gills distant. Stem orange-brown like cap, with white veil at top from just below ring zone. Some white at base of stem. KOH on stem flesh stains dark violet-black.
